EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:
Yes, I accept returns and exchanges no problem. It is important to me that you are super happy with your purchase from me :)

HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE:
If your item isn't exactly tickety-boo I'll gladly refund or exchange it for you. 
Contact me with 3 business days of receiving the item and we will go from there.
Refunds will be for the cost of the item and any taxes that may have been paid.

Please note: Refunds do NOT include the cost of shipping it back to me.
Buyers returning ila and alice items are responsible for return shipping costs. 

The Boring but Important Details of your Return:

and let me know you are returning an item to me and the reason for the
return. Once the item has arrived back to me I will refund will be issued.

If your item has been damaged or broken in the post due to postal mishandling please email me photos so I can see the damage and report it.
